An updated flag is being used by Barrington. The logo and, likely, the flag were
updated around 2018. However, whether the current and earlier lobster logo-based
flags are official flags is unclear. An email asking the city of this question
was not answered.
The updated "lobster capital of Canada" logo:

A photo of the flag was found via a Google search that revealed an image
of this Facebook page, but the image itself could not be found.

The Municipality of the District of Barrington, Nova Scotia, (although
local government prefers to be known as Municipality of Barrington). I
remember that I found this (and 7 other) Nova Scotia local flags on some
local flag manufacturer website (although I can't locate it now). It is
beige (?) with a lobster (and with words too) the flags of Canada and of
Nova Scotia, and "Municipality of Barrington" and "Capital of Canada" in
boxes, all surrounded by a rope.
About the district:
"Barrington
is a municipal district in western Shelburne County, Nova Scotia. The
	population was 7,331 in 2006."
