The municipal flag of Two Hills, Alberta has a design and colors (blue and yellow) which reflects the Ukrainian heritage of the first settlers to the region. In the center is the flag is the town’s motto: “Small Town With A Big Future”. The agricultural basis of the local economy is symbolized by the heads of wheat and a grain elevator. There is also a small crest with a rising sun and two small hills.
