The Flag of the Belarus Federation of Powerboating (a member of Union Internationale Motonautique, UIM http://www.uimpowerboating.com/) is a blue saltire on white, with the saltire composed of an embroidered pattern as in the national flag, and with the federation emblem centred on it.
