Description of the Flag

Horizontally divided yellow-green-yellow, with the municipal arms in the centre in a blue disk.

The flag of Bombinhas is prescribed by Municipal Law No. 181 promulgated on 13 March 1995.

Article 2.
The municipal flag, in compliance with the Portuguese-Brazilian tradition, shall have the following description.
I - A quadrilateral, rectangular shape, composed of three horizontal stripes, two of them yellow, in the upper and lower part, and a green stripe between them, with a blue circle charged in the center with the coat of arms of the municipality.
II - Green represents the Atlantic Forest, yellow the resources extracted from the Marine Reserve, and blue the sky.

Article 3.
The features of the municipal flag shall obey the following rules.
I - The flag's width shall be 20 units.
II - The flag's length shall be 28 units.
III - The coat of arms, outline excluded, shall be distant of 6 units from the flag's upper edge.
1 - The two sides of the flag shall be exactly equal.
2 - The flag shall be produced in full colors.

The coat of arms of Bombinhas is prescribed by Municipal Law No. 121 promulgated on 13 March 1995.

Article 1.
The coat of arms of the municipality of Bombinhas has the following heraldic characteristics: Multicolored Portuguese shield, with a four-towered crown each with an open gate gules, the writing "Bombinhas", white on a green scroll.

Article 2.
The description of the symbol in Appendix is part of this Law.
