About the Flag of Passos

The flag is divided red over black with a triangle, the symbol of the state of Minas Gerais, on the center in white. The triangle is surrounded by the inscription, Por Passos, por Minas, pelo Brasil "For Passos, for Minas [Gerais], for Brazil."
