The Park Rangers of SERNAP - Servicio Nacional de Areas Protegidas are using a standard (not a classical flag), as can be seen on the photos attached. Standards have SERNAP logo in the center with full name of the service in two semi-circle rows on top, and abbreviation in capital letters on bottom.
