Province of Cercado

The Province of Vaca Díez is the most populous of the 8 provinces that make up the department of Beni, in northeastern Bolivia. Its capital is the city of Riberalta.

I was informed by the province that they are seeking approval of the flag from the Departamental Legislative Assembly.

As of now, although the province appears to not really use any symbols, it still seems it has a flag, although in very limited use, horizontally banded lilac-red-green.
