The 98th flag mentioned and illustrated in the
    Book of All Kingdoms is attributed 
to Vecina, which is 
identified as Widdin, also known as Vidin, in current NW Bulgaria, a a white 
with four red squares placed 2+2 forming a thin white cross, in the ogival 
default shape of this source. The anonymous author of
    Book of All Kingdoms describes the 
flag thus: "ha por señales un pendón blanco con estas señales bermejas." (="It 
has a white flag with four red squares.") According to [f0f12] (#83 on plate 17 
between p.52-53), the manuscript "S" [f0fXXs] shows this flag.
