Central Board of Historical Studies of the City of Buenos Aires has a
consultative role for the City to advice to public organizations such as the
Government of the City of Buenos Aires and the Legislature of the City of
Buenos Aires, regarding the delimitation of neighborhoods in Buenos Aires
and other specific issues as culture, history, symbols etc. This board was
created in 1968.
As far as I can see, it has only emblem, which is
the second official coat of arms of the City of Buenos Aires in 1649.
