Anguilla police also use another flag with a laureate emblem directly on the
blue. I have a photo but it is not clear enough to see the details. I provide
also the
possible arms of this flag (second image below), but in this photo the ribbon below
the arms seems to be different, or missing, or it can't be appreciated adequately.
