Description of the flag

Estb: 1953. Location: Municipal Yacht Basin, Daytona.
Burgee: Pennant circa 5:8 (print image). Horizontally divided white/blue by a wavy line and charged with the white letters DBC within the arms of a larger white letter Y, all superimposed on a red disk.
