Description of the flag

The Baltimore City Yacht Association, www.bcya.com, promotes and organises sailing in and around Baltimore Harbor. The history section of its website is not yet available, thus I have no information on when the BCYA was formed, and when their burgee was adopted.

The burgee as it is depicted on their website is a ca. 5:7 black triangle with a yellow right-angled hoist triangle.
