Description of the flag

After seeing a flag of Saratoga on the website of Green Bay WI flagmaker Fly Me Flag, I emailed the town but received no response. However, I was told by Fly Me Flag, via information it received from the town in January 2020, that Design Partners, a brand design firm of Racine WI, worked with the town to develop a logo. The logo shows "the town of Saratoga overlaid on a full sun with pine trees and deer on the upper portion of sun, with the same image reflected on the lower portion of the sun in the water." "Town of" and "Est. 1857" were added by the town to the final design.
