I don't usually forward random flag proposals to the mailing list, but this one did make it into the city council, where it "was received with thanks on behalf of the city", to quote the minutes of 7 January 2025, where it is described as blue with a white line, three blue stars and gold beaver on a log.

Hello and Greetings Rob, My name is Eddy Antoniello and I had created this Flag Design for the City of Pendleton, the City couldn't accept the design as their own as it didn't have the City's Official Seal, they did however allow me to gift them two copies of the real Flag itself. I provide images of the flag design as well as picture of the real life flag itself. Thank you very much for your time and consideration it is very much appreciated
