Description of the flag

"Moraine is a city in Montgomery County, Ohio, United States. The population was 6,307 at the 2010 census.'- from Wikipedia: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moraine,_Ohio

The flag is horizontally divided blue and white with a broken line pointing to the hoist. On the blue field is positioned white inscription "CITY / OF / MORAINE", and on the white field the city seal in yellow and black.
