A photo of this flag was posted at Reddit Vexillology by u/TrashPlanet2020. According to the post, only 2 flags were made and were never flown. The flag was donated by the mayor to the St. Charles Area Museum.

The flag is dark red with a flaring white saltire, overlain in the center by the seal in black and white.
