Description of the flag

A quartered flag alternating clockwise from the canton green, white. Two wavy light blue lines grace the upper part of the upper fly quarter. A black arrowhead like object is superimposed over the center perpendicular. A orange fleur-de-lys superimposed with a red torch & flame lay over the arrowhead. Three yellow objects are in the "tail" of the arrowhead: eight spoked wheel, a five spoked wheel and an eight cogged gear.
