The flag

The BLN Binnenvaart Logistiek Nederland (Inland Navigation Logistics Netherlands) was an institution representing the interests of owners and skippers of Dutch inland navigation. The home base was Zwijndrecht. The society was established in 2013 as a cooperation/joint venture of several inland navigation societies dealing with interests in different branches of the trade. This cooperation lasted only two years as in 2015 it became Koninklijke BLN Schuttevaer as a result of an amalgamation with Koninklijke Schippersvereniging Schuttevaer.
