The flag of the city of Kasai is white with mark.

The city emblem and the flag were adopted on Jun 10th 1968 by Notice No 17 and 18. The white flag has a green city emblem in the center. The city emblem is two stylized katakana カ Ka and kanji 西 Sai. It represents a conformity, a solidarity and an image of the peaceful city which makes a leap forward.
