The flag of the village of Shinto is blue with mark.

The village emblem was adopted on Nov 1st 1973 by Notice No 58 but there is no flag law. The dark blue flag has a white town emblem in the center. The village emblem is a stylized hiragana しん Shin of  Shinto. The circle symbolizes a solidarity and a reconciliation of the villagers and the flame spewed from the center does an energetic leap forward to the future.
