The flag of the town of Kaminokawa is purple with mark.

The town emblem was adopted on Jan 1st 1968 by Notice No 1 but there is no flag law. The blue flag has a white town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized kanji 上三川 Kaminokawa which peacefully makes a leap forward. It represents an image of the merged three town and villages which work together to make a leap forward and grow.
