The Qarz al-Hasaneh Islamic Propaganda Office Fund of Qom Seminary), also
known as the Islamic Propaganda Office Loan Fund, romanized as "sandogh gharz
elhasneh tablighat eslami" is a fund focused on students, scholars, professors,
researchers and missionaries of seminaries in the form of paying loan facilities
without interest, late fee or fee. It has a multi-branch license from the
Central Bank of Iran. It was established in 1979.
