Description of the Flag

Newton/Newton Flags, a well-known UK manufacturer and supplier of flags, offers on its web site a Fulham FC flag. If this is an accurate depiction, and given the source I see no reason to doubt this fact, the Fulham flag is unusual among English football club flags (a) because it is square and not rectangular; and (b) because it is a proper banner of arms.
