Coswig/Anhalt (not to be confused with Coswig in Saxony near Dresden) has slightly less than 10,000 inhabitants and is in Anhalt-Zerbst county. The flag is blue-red with the arms. Source: Günther 1996a. There is a slight error in the arms, there should be one more star in the lower dexter side (see the correct arms at the city website).
