The municipality of Óleo (2,673 inhabitants in 2010; 19,797 ha) is located 300 km of São Paulo.

The flag of Óleo is shown on the Símbolos Municipais Brasileiros blog as yellow with a red, off-centered cross. Over the intersection of the cross' arms is placed a white disk charged with the municipal coat of arms.
