The municipality of Nossa Senhora das Graças (3,834 inhabitants in 2010; 18,572 ha) is located 400 km north-west of Curitiba.

The flag of Nossa Senhora das Graças is blue with a broad red cross outlined in white and skewed to the hoist, the intersection of the cross' arms superimposed by a white circle inscribing the municipal coat of arms.
