The SFV (French Society of Vexillology) is very pleased to announce that the 31st International Congress of Vexillology will take place from July 6 to 10, 2026, in the heart of Paris, near Les Invalides (Army Museum & Napoleon’s tomb), the Eiffel Tower, and the UNESCO headquarters. We kindly ask you to share this information with your members.

We hope that many vexillologists from around the world will take part in this congress. We look forward to welcoming them to Paris on this occasion. An initial document presenting the congress venue is available on our website: https://www.drapeaux-sfv.org/?lang=fr. Of course, all additional information will be posted online as it becomes available.

Registration for the congress will open at the end of the year on our website, along with the submission of proposals for presentations.

A competition for the creation of the congress flag has just been launched. The rules are available on our website:
