Description of the flag

Article [kay14b] discusses the licensing of a special version of the [Portland] flag design authorized by the municipal government to be used by a local major league soccer team, the Portland Timbers, as a two-color option in their merchandising (and apparently not meant to be used on actual flags). In this variant both blue and green are replaced with a(n even) darker green, and yellow is replaced with light green. The PMS color codes given are: for dark green PMS 350c and for light green (given as yellow - I guess it’s close to chartreuse?) PMS 396u. The design shown above uses RGB:18472C and RGB:D3E000, respectively.
