Shown above is the former flag of the Chicago Fire FC club team in MLS. This
one uses the team's logo that was official from the team's founding in 1997
until the logo was changed in 2019. I saw this flag in 2015 during a local match
between Chicago Fire FC and DC United. The flag features the team's former logo,
in the style of a fire department Maltese cross logo, in dark blue centered on a
horizontal tri-band of red-white-red, with the central white stripe fimbriated
white as well. I have yet to see what the team's flag has changed to following
the 2019 change to the logo.

With the crest changing again next year (https://www.nbcchicago.com/news/local/chicago-fire-fc-unveils-new-crest-visual-identity-for-2022-season/2536107/),
I highly doubt it except for some promotional flags and items produced by the
MLS shop at
https://www.mlssoccer.com/news/borg-chicago-fire-fc-unprecedented-makeover-proof-they-mean-business.
However, there is a flag used at Toyota Park (now SeatGeek Stadium) where the
club officially used a red flag with the club badge in the center, with the
charge of a silver star outlined in red to denote their 1998 league title above
their crest. The flag can be seen at
