Description of the flag

Slater held a flag design contest in 2013: https://www.tricountytimes.com/news/enter-slater-city-flag-design-contest.html. The flag is on sale at the Slater Area Historical Association: https://www.slaterhistory.org/product-page/slater-town-flag.

Here a photo from the town FB page showing the actual flag. It's the only photo I've seen, but the flag differs from what's shown by the historical society.
