The Gonfalon

From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"In June 1 1997 the session of the town council approved the gonfalon: a rectangular canvas with a ratio of the sides: 1:1. From a staff on a vertical green stripe (1/3 of width) there is a red cluster of snowball tree with two yellow leafs, under it there is yellow conventionalized ear. From a free edge on a yellow field there is a dark blue horizontal stripe with width of 1/5 from a width of the gonfalon, above and under it there are 2 green oak leafs."

"The modern coat of arms was approved in June 1 1997. In a vert field there is a or sheaf of wheat accompanied by four or oak leafs, above them there is or cluster of snowball tree. The author is A.Gerchylo."

"City in Lviv Oblast. The first mention is referred to 1377. In the XIXth century the village used the stamp with the image of a wheaten sheaf. "
