Created in 2000, Rede Feto is a network of Timor-Leste organizations working to promote gender equality and women’s empowerment through advocacy, networking and capacity building. RFTL maintains an essential role as a network of women’s organisations advocating for gender equality and women’s empowerment, along with ending all forms of discrimination and violence against women and girls in Timor-Leste. (Source). The flag used by the organization is white with their emblem placed in the center.
