There is no flag for Nakhon Sri Thammarat displayed in the Thai Ministry of Interior Regions and Provinces documents, only a badge.

The Thai Ministry of Interior in 2000 displayed no provincial flag for Nakhon Si Thammarat, only the seal. The provincial flag can be seen on the provincial website: http://www.nakhonsithammarat.go.th/web_52/perface.php. Another image of the flag (picture of a real one) can be seen at http://www.rd.go.th/nakhonsithammarat/29.0.html. It is purple over yellow with the provincial seal in the middle. On the photograph of the flag, the central part of the seal is green, with the name of the province in white, and the animals around are white on a transparent background. I send here an adaptation of the image which can be found on Cyber-flag where it is credited to Mello Luchtenberg.
