Coat of arms

Shield Gules, a castle Or masoned Sable with port and windows of the same charged with a cross of the Order of Christ, beneath flanked by two pyramids of salt Argent ordered per fess. Base wavy Argent charges with two barrulets wavy, above Vert and below Azure. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials: "FREGUESIA DE CASTRO MARIM".
