Aoki Kazushige

1551-1628

He served Tokugawa Ieyasu and became famous for his heroic defeat of Magara Juro, a brave general on the Asakura side, in the Battle of Anegawa in1570. He later served under Toyotomi Hideyoshi and was given 10,000 goku of land in Settsu Province. The war banner has blue background with yellow Mount Fuji and its eruption. The eruption indicates that they prayed for God's blessing in battle.

Katagiri Katsumoto

1556-1615

He belonged to the Tokugawa side in the Battle of Sekigahara and was given 28,000 goku in Tatsuta, Yamato Province by Tokugawa Ieyasu after the war.He was killed in the Osaka Summer Campaign. The war banner has white background with a black horizontal stripe and diagonal part at the bottom.

Matsudaira Tadaaki

1583-1644

Adopted son of Tokugawa Ieyasu. He became the lord of the Koriyama domain in Yamato Province (120,000 goku) and the Himeji domain in Harima Province (180,000 goku) in 1639. The war banner has dark blue background with a gold washer part of old nail puller.
