The International Cricket Council (ICC) is the international governing body
of cricket. It was founded as the Imperial Cricket Conference in 1909 by
representatives from England, Australia and South Africa, renamed the
International Cricket Conference in 1965, and took up its current name in 1989.
The ICC has 105 members: 10 Full Members that play official Test matches, 35
Associate Members, and 60 Affiliate Members. The ICC is responsible for the
organisation and governance of cricket's major international tournaments, most
notably the Cricket World Cup.

The flag of the 2011 ICC Cricket World Cup, currently taking place in
India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.
Note: I cannot guarantee the proportions of the flag, or size of the logo
as it appears on the flag - this gif is based on brief sightings of the flag
during television coverage, using the lettering and logo as shown on official
ICC websites.

During the cricket match in the world cup played between New Zealand and
Canada, above the main stand five flags are flying: four of them are the flags
of India, New Zealand, Canada, and the BCCI (the governing body of cricket in
india). The fifth to the untrained eye, it looked like the flag of Germany:
black (or maybe very dark blue) over deep red over gold or orange. Anyone any
idea what it could have been? Germany are not taking part in the world cup, and
none of the other flags of competing nations were present. Does Mumbhai perhaps
have a municipal flag which this could be, or maybe Maharashtra State?
James Dignan, 13 March 2011
The colours of the Mumbai Cricket Association are Navy Blue, Red and Gold.
It's more than likely a flag of the association.

That makes perfect sense. BTW, it's possible there was a small black emblem
of some sort in the centre of the red stripe, though it didn't show clearly
enough to say what it was.
