The flags of AK Turopolje (Atletski klub Turopolje), an athletic club from Velika Gorica (Zagreb County), are maroon or white with the ox head logo and name in the opposite color.

Turopolje is a cultural-historical micro-region in Central Croatia. It is located south of Zagreb, bordered by the right bank of the Sava River to the northeast and the Vukomeričke Gorice hills to the southwest. Turopolje takes its name from the tur, a type of wild ox.
