Symbols of Aguilar de Campos

The flag and arms of Aguilar de Campos are prescribed by a Decree adopted on 20 June 2002 by the Municipal Council, signed on the same day by the Mayor, and published on 12 July 2002 in the official gazette of Castilla y León, No. 134, pp. 9,368-9,369 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:

Flag: Rectangular flag with proportions 2:4, of the same color [crimson red] as the provincial flag.
Coat of arms: Rectangular and rounded-off in base. Argent an eagle [águila] sable mantled gules on each side a castle or masoned and port and windows azure. The shield surmounted with a Royal Spanish closed.
