The municipality of Prádanos de Bureba (57 inhabitants in 2010; 1,079 ha) is located in the east of the Province of Burgos, 35 km of Burgos.

Symbols of Prádanos de Bureba

The flag and arms of Prádanos de Bureba are prescribed by a Decree adopted on 25 March 2001 by the Municipal Council, signed on 22 June 2001 by the Mayor, and published on 10 July 2001 in the official gazette of Castilla y León, No. 133, p. 10,492 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:

Flag: Quadrangular flag, with proportions 1:1. Tricolor, horizontally divided. First stripe green (4.5), second stripe, wavy yellow (1.0), and third stripe blue (4.5). In the middle of the flag is placed the municipal coat of arms.
Coat of arms: Per pale, 1. Vert a column or with Baroque shaft and capital ensigned with a scallop of the same, 2. Or a mule passant proper charged with a bag ensigned with a rooster atrevido sable and gules, grafted in base argent wavy azure. The shield surmounted with a Royal crown closed.
