The club was established in 1936. The pennant is white with a green 5-point star shifted to hoist. Bandholm is located on the northern coast of Lolland.

The club was established in 1949. The pennant is blue with a white shield shifted to hoist, charged with red initials "B" in dexter chief and "R" in sinister base. Birkerød is one of North Zealand's "villages in wood" located some 10 km north of København.
