It is a yellow-blue vertical bicolour. The coat of arms is shifted to the top.

Ofterdingen Coat of Arms

Shield Azure, a sheaf Or, pierced by a flail of the same in pale with its head pointing to dexter.
Meaning:
The charges are stressing the rural character. They could be found on a local seal with print from 1555. The municipality adopted this pattern as arms in 1931 and fixed the colours.
