The shield is silver with green base, displaying a green birch eradicated silver, charged with a black chain hanging from the lower branches and a red inescutcheon, charged with three blue bars, the lowest bar charged with one silver lens, both others with three silver lenses.
Meaning:
The birch (German: Birke) is canting. The chain is representing St.Leonhard, the local patron saint. The inescutcheon displays the arms of the Linsingen kin. The lenses (German: Linsen) are thus also canting.
