Flagdescription: 4 equal vertical stripes of red and blue; in center on blue a green mound issuing a mushroom with white, yellow and red colors; on red a yellow battle-axe; overall on the central two stripes at 1/3 flagheight a white wavy stripe of 1/10 flagheight.
