Description of the flag

Emily Carr is one four fine arts universities in Canada.

From the Governor General website, it has a banner of arms:

In a photo, there was a white flag on display at graduation, alongside the Canadian and BC flags. Good resolution was not possible, but I would speculate that it was either a logo flag, or the coat of arms on a white field.
