Description of the flag

Richmond County is a municipality in Cape Breton Island and is a member of the NS Federation of Municipalities: https://www.nsfm.ca/70-county-of-richmond.html

Its mayor, Amanda Mombourquette told me they had a flag and I found a cover picture on their Facebook page that shows a seal on a white bedsheet design, offset to be centered in the middle of the hoist half of a 2:1 ratio flag.

The Richmond County seal can be found on their website: https://www.richmondcounty.ca/

The seal displays floral emblems of the Mi'qmak, Acadian, Irish and Scots: birch leaves, lily, shamrock and thistle.
