The municipality of Bela Vista de Caroba (3,774 inhabitants in 2017;
14,811 ha) is located 650 km south-west of Curitiba.
The flag and arms of
Bela Vista da Caroba are prescribed by Municipal Law No. 409 promulgated on 13
December 2011.
Article 3.
The coat of arms of the municipality is
composed as follows: A classic shield composed of a circumference surrounded on
the left side by a wheat plant with ripe grains and on the right side by a
soybean plant with ripe pods, the scroll inscribed with "BELA VISTA DA CAROBA
21-12-1995", the scroll red and the letters white.
Inside the circumference a
sun on the right side with rays directed to the circumference's middle and end;
a caroba-tree in the circumference's center, representing the municipality's
name.
Article 4.
The flag is composed of the turquoise blue and white
colors, with a circumference in the center. Turquoise blue is arranged in two
diagonal stripes in the flag's upper and lower stripes; a white diagonal stripe
crossing the whole flag; a circumference [description repeated from Article 3].
Article 5.
The flag of the municipality shall have for official
dimensions 1.60 on 1.12.
