The seal consists of a white ring with golden borders. The city and state
name are inscribed from the 8:30 to 3:30 clockwise angles. At the bottom of the
ring is the incorporation year 1885. Inside of the seal is are 4 different
scenes which represent different seasons. From a clockwise direction the scenes
are: fishing for spring, swimming for summer, wildlife for autumn, and skiing
for winter. Under the main seal is an extra piece with the text: 'SPA in the
MOUNTAINS".
