I believe it is a shipping line but is there an easier way to find it?? It looks familiar to me but I cannot place it.

I think we need the context. For all we can tell from the image, this could be so small we see individual stitches or similar. And if there is no reason why this would represent something specific, it might simply be a flag of Texas, by a seamstress who was just following a pattern.
