Description of the flag

According to the Thai Ministry of Interior in 2000, the flag of Phrae province is vertically divided black and red with in the center a blue disk and white houses with red roofs and a golden stupa, and the name of the province in white beneath it. It should be noted that this emblem is not the provincial seal.
