On an azure field above a purple base, a white wavy band, extending beyond the
base on the fly, there is a green mountain with two peaks covered with a silver glacier. Below the glacier, the mountain
bears a golden head of an ear and an head of corn stalks crosswise under a silver rhombus; everything is accompanied by a golden bowl (with
two handles) shown over the upper border of the base band.
